We spent the past few weeks studying five immigrant groups: European Americans, Asian Americans, Latinos, African Americans, and Native Americans. We created symbols representative of each groups' journey to the US and what they contributed to our country, including aspects of government, music, foods, and civil rights. The collage of symbols shows that our country is a "melting pot" full of diversity.
