Field Trip Permission Form

We have our first field trip coming up fast!  Permission forms went home with students on Wednesday.  They are due back as soon as possible. 

There is no fee for the field trip.  The event is on Tuesday, September 29th and we will be going to the Fish Creek Conservation Area to examine the habitat of pollinators!
